ZyMax is a liquid plant supplement made from natural seaweed extracts.
ZyMax provides a supply of nitrogen and phosphorus to support steady plant growth throughout the season.
The seaweed extracts in ZyMax contain naturally occurring compounds that help maintain plant activity, especially during early growth stages or when plants experience challenging environmental conditions.
ZyMax helps improve the movement and availability of nutrients in the soil. This can support more efficient nutrient uptake in a wide range of soil types, including soils where nutrients may become tied up or are easily lost through leaching. By improving nutrient mobility, ZyMax helps plants make better use of the fertilizers already present in the soil or applied through a standard fertility program.
ZyMax is suitable for use on a wide variety of agricultural crops, including vegetables, fruit, row crops, specialty crops, and forage.
ZyMax can be applied through soil, foliar, or irrigation systems and integrates easily into existing nutrient management plans.
When used as part of a regular fertility program, ZyMax supports strong early growth, improved nutrient efficiency, and consistent plant performance across diverse growing conditions.
Use Rates
ZyMax may be applied by foliar spray, transplant root dip, tuber dip or soil drench. ZyMax may also be applied by aerial application or chemigation. ZyMax should be applied in conjunction with a standard fertilization program. For foliar applications, the use of a suitable adjuvant may improve coverage and uptake. Best results obtained when applied in cooler temperatures less than 80ºF.
ROW CROPS
In Furrow: 2 - 4 pts/acre. Apply in furrow at planting.
Foliar: 2 - 4 pts/acre. Foliar spray at 3-5 leaf stage and at start of reproductive growth (VT, R1, Flagleaf).
VEGETABLES
Dip/Drench: 1 - 2% v/v. Dip seedlings/seed before transplanting OR apply as a drench after transplant.
Foliar/Irrigation: 3 - 4 pts/acre. Foliar spray at 3-4 leaf stage. Repeat 2 or 3 times every 2-3 weeks.
TREE CROPS
Foliar/Irrigation: 3 - 5 pts/acre. Apply at flowering stage in 1-2 opportunities. After fruit set, apply every 2 weeks, 2-3 times.
ORNAMENTALS
Dip/Drench: 1 - 2% v/v. Dip cutting before transplanting OR apply as a drench after transplant.
Foliar: 0.5 - 1% v/v. Apply several times during the season, every 2 weeks, and use in spray solution with the regular pesticide program.
TURF
Foliar: 3 - 5 pts/acre.
• Sports Field/Fairways: Apply at spring green-up and after midsummer heat stress.
• Gold Greens: Apply evenly in 50 gallons of water per 500 sq. ft.
• New Establishments: Use higher rate.
